At the age of 16 Tracey decided that she did not want to continue with full-time education and wanted to experience full-time employment.
It was also Tracey's mindset that education was extremely important for her career and status.
After reading an article about Apprenticeships and how they can be an alternative route to education and career progression Tracey had found her vessel for success.
In 1999, Tracey started working as an Apprentice for a Derby based Accountancy firm, Malcolm.H.Preece.
Tracey not only excelled during her apprenticeship she received countless promotions and over the life span of her career became head hunted within the Accountancy and Finance Sector.
