EMA Training Ltd and The Inspirational Learning Group Announce Meaningful Collaboration

EMA Training Ltd and The Inspirational Learning Group are pleased to announce their collaboration. The collaboration will see young people in the East Midlands gain access to the Launch Your Career platform (launchyourcareer.com), allowing them to explore various career possibilities through virtual reality and 360-degree tours.

‍EMA Training provides young people with excellent apprenticeship courses focusing on IT and digital skills. Earlier this month, the company announced the results of their recent Ofsted inspection, which saw the training company graded as “Outstanding” in the area of personal development. The announcement has placed EMA Training in the top 8% of training providers for personal development, seamlessly aligning with TILG’s mission to provide young people with the opportunity to develop the essential skills required for their future world of work.

Following the collaboration with EMA Training Ltd and The Inspirational Learning Group , all apprentices have the opportunity to explore their future world of work through the platform and this offer is also extended to all schools that visit the training premises.

TILG are thrilled to be working with EMA Training and Client Success Manager, Katelyn Palmer said, “We are delighted to have EMA Training on the Launch Your Career platform, the first training provider to collaborate with us and join us on our journey to providing careers exploration to every young person in the UK. We are excited to be working with a training provider offering excellent apprenticeship courses and look forward to growing our relationship with them in the East Midlands!”.

TILG looks forward to working with fellow Midlands-based company and to a long and fruitful relationship with EMA Training.

EMA Training is excited to be collaborating with The Inspirational Learning Group. Any school can visit EMA Training as part of their ‘Open Doors’ community initiative. Pupils receive a guided tour around the departments and hear from former apprentices and staff members. Upon completion of the tour, pupils take the fun and interactive personality animal quiz which provides insights into personality traits and career pathways.

Chief Executive Officer, Tracey Mosley said, “We are thrilled to be partnering with TILG. We are on a mission to raise awareness of all the available options and career paths post-16. The VR headsets provide pupils and teachers with an innovative, interactive experience whilst informing them of the potential career paths they may want to pursue. Our partnership with TILG and The Launch Your Career platform is essential in helping us collectively support and engage with more schools in the East Midlands.”
