What is an apprenticeship?

An apprenticeship is a paid job where you will learn and gain valuable experience. Alongside on-the-job training, apprentices spend at least 20% of their working hours completing classroom-based learning with a training provider, like EMA, which leads to a nationally recognised qualification.

Why choose an apprenticeship?

Did you know that 90% of apprentices stay on with their employer after completing an apprenticeship? Unlike University, applications for apprenticeships are accepted all year round, 24/7. Training is fully funded and you earn a wage at the same time! Say goodbye to student debt.
