Before any CV reaches your desk, each applicant goes through a three-stage screening process to ensure they’re suitable for your role.
Stage 1 – Eligibility Checks
We verify that every candidate has at least a grade 4 (previously a C) or above in Maths and English, the right to work in the UK, and can reliably commute to your workplace.
Stage 2 – CV Standardisation & Feedback
CVs come in all shapes and sizes, so we reformat them into a clear, consistent template, making it easier for you to find the key information you need. We also provide feedback to candidates on how they can better present themselves, so you see them in the best possible light.
Stage 3 – Screening Call
We speak directly with each candidate to understand their motivations, strengths, and why they want to be an apprentice. We also explain your role and company culture to ensure they’ll be the right fit. This means the interviews you hold will be more productive and worthwhile for both you and the candidate.
Once screening is complete, we’ll provide you with a shortlist of candidates who we believe are a strong match for your business.
This shortlist may include both new applicants and talented individuals already within our database, ready to kickstart their careers in Accountancy, Marketing, Data Tech, or Business Administration.

Scheduling interviews can be a juggling act, but we take care of the logistics on your behalf. Acting as an intermediary, we coordinate with both you and the candidate to agree on a date and time that works for everyone.
We also support candidates with interview tips and guidance, so they feel prepared and confident, allowing you to see their potential clearly during the meeting.
After interviews, we’ll gather feedback and, if you’re happy with a candidate, manage the offer stage. This includes confirming the start date and liaising with our training team to begin the apprenticeship enrolment process seamlessly.
