This higher apprenticeship is an exciting progression route for any
Level 3 Digital Marketing apprentices or anyone with industry relevant experience!

Over this 21 month Marketing Executive Level 4 higher apprenticeship, learners will be welcomed into EMA's new Digital Training Hub filled with collaborative working spaces.

Marketing Executives support the marketing activities of a business. Often working alongside a marketing manager to implement a lot of the marketing activities and owning elements of social media management, email marketing, reporting and website management. Within this role marketing executives will be accountable for optimising plans with an associated budget whilst also following company and customer trends to ensure best practise is followed.

With all of our courses being expert-led, apprentices should expect a well structured training programme alongside consistent support to reach their goals.

This new programme is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

Module 1

Marketing Concepts & Theories

Starting with the fundamentals of marketing theory and supporting the marketing process. Apprentices will understand the extended marketing mix, brand positioning and the principles of stakeholder management. Apprentices will also be introduced to budget management.

Module 2

Market Research

Understanding the market your business is in is crucial for effective marketing strategy. Apprentices will learn the principles of effective market research and how this can influence marketing activity. Finding valid data sources, methodologies, usage and when to use quantitative and qualitative methods.

Module 3

Business Understanding & Commercial Awareness

Understanding how marketing contributes to achieving wider business goals, means effective strategies and plans can be put in place. Know your target audience’s decision making process and influence them with creative marketing activities. Learn about sector specific compliance and data protection regulations.

Module 4

Products & Channels

Know your products and how to effectively market them. Apprentices will learn the basic principles of product development, the marketing landscape and how routes to market interplay most efficiently as well as the benefits of different marketing communication channels, both digital and offline.
