We are looking for a motivated and organised Business Administration Apprentice to join our growing team at Enable Services. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting commercial and administrative functions while working alongside experienced professionals in the property sector. The successful candidate will develop valuable skills in office administration, communication, document management and client support with full training and career development provided.

• Provide general administrative support to teams across the business
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
• Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical.
• Input, update, and manage data across internal systems and databases.
• Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
• Assist with maintaining diaries – including scheduling meetings and appointments
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers when required.
• Support the processing of invoices and expenses
• Assist with organising meetings – including booking rooms and preparing agendas.
• Support team members with ad hoc tasks and project-related duties.
