Part of our role as your local provider, is to take the guesswork out of recruiting an apprentice. Our team guides you through every stage of the process, from role design and recruitment support to matching you with motivated candidates. We also provide clear guidance on setting the right apprenticeship salary and make sure you’re aware of valuable incentives and cost savings – including no employer National Insurance contributions for apprentices under 25.
From the very start, we work closely with you to understand your business needs, culture and long-term goals, ensuring that both the apprentice and programme are the right fit. Alongside this, we tailor our curriculum to align with your sector and business priorities, so the training your apprentice receives directly benefits your workplace. Review applications as they arrive and carry out thorough pre-screening

Our multi-stage pre-screening process goes beyond skills and qualifications. We get to know each candidate as a person. We’ll explore their hobbies, interests, and career goals, check their CV for relevant experience, and hold a final screening call to understand their motivations for starting an apprenticeship. This ensures we only recommend candidates who align with your business values and goals.
We’ll also save you time during the interview process, managing communication between you and your candidates, handling admin, and making sure both sides are fully prepared. The result? You get to meet the best possible version of each candidate and make confident hiring decisions.
Each of our courses has been built in-house by our expert Trainers, with the involvement of local employers to ensure the knowledge, skills, and behaviours are accurate reflections of the apprentices’ chosen industry.
